External tickets are the ones that arrive via API, widget, or email — they cost us real money to process. Manual tickets you create in the app, or that come through the client portal, are always free and never count toward the cap.
If you go over the monthly cap on a paid plan, we keep accepting tickets — your business never gets blocked. We bill a per-thousand overage at the end of the cycle:
- Solo · ₹1,000 per extra 1,000 tickets
- Team · ₹500 per extra 1,000 tickets
- Agency · ₹300 per extra 1,000 tickets
You also get a 90-day grace period after the first time you go over — long enough to decide if you want to upgrade or stay where you are. We'll email you well before we ever bill an overage.
