The terms of using Klientele.

These terms govern your use of Klientele, a product of Codefree Systems & Technologies Pvt. Ltd.When you sign up for or use Klientele, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any business or organisation you represent.

If you don't agree with these terms, don't use Klientele. We won't be offended.

Klientele is a software-as-a-service platform for managing post-sales operations across service businesses. We provide the application; you provide the data and use it to run your business.

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Don't share account credentials. Add team members properly so audit logs reflect who did what.
• One person, one account. We treat shared accounts as a security risk.

Your workspace data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to run the service. We don't:

• Use it to train AI models.
• Sell, rent, or share it with third parties beyond what's in our privacy policy.
• Claim ownership over what you create in Klientele.

You can export your data at any time as CSV / PDF. Upon cancellation, you have 30 days of read-only access to export everything before purge.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime, measured monthly.
• We back up data daily with 30-day retention.
• We encrypt data at rest and in transit.
• We notify you of incidents that affect your data within 72 hours.
• We give 30 days' notice of material changes to features, pricing, or these terms.

• Don't use Klientele to break the law, harm others, or send spam.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or scrape the platform.
• Don't upload anything you don't have the right to upload.
• Pay your invoices on time. If your subscription lapses for non-payment, the workspace enters read-only mode after a 7-day grace period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it where reasonable.

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in INR via Razorpay.
• Trials are free for 14 days; no card required.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle.
• External-ticket overage is billed at the end of the cycle per the rates on the pricing page.
• Refunds are at our discretion for technical issues or service failures on our side. We don't refund based on change of mind beyond the trial.

Cancel at any time from your workspace settings. You retain 30 days of read-only export access after cancellation. After that, the workspace is purged.

Klientele's software, design, and brand are owned by Codefree Systems & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for as long as your subscription is active.

What you create in Klientele (tickets, time entries, invoices, comments, etc.) remains yours. We claim no ownership over your work product.

Klientele is provided “as is”. We make no warranties beyond what's explicitly written in these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, wilful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify Codefree against claims arising from your misuse of Klientele or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We update these terms when laws change, our practices change, or we need to clarify language. Material changes are emailed to workspace admins at least 30 days before they take effect.
